            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS WILL BE USED TO HELP TRAIN YOU IN THE AREAS OF YOUR FITNESS THAT NEED ATTENTION.  WE WILL DISCUSS WHAT YOUR PERSONAL FITNESS GOALS ARE SO I CAN EVALUATE HOW OUR SESSION TIME SHOULD BE BEST SPENT. I WILL CREATE A WORK OUT PLAN THAT WILL HELP YOU ON YOUR WAY TO ACHIEVING THOSE GOALS WE SET TOGETHER.  I WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS THAT I AM NEEDING YOU TO DO AND WHY I AM NEEDING YOU TO DO IT.

            PAIRS/GROUP TRAINING

 

SAME DYNAMIC AND DESIGN AS OUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION, BUT FOR GROUPS OR PAIRS.  WE WILL DISCUSS EACH OF YOUR PERSONAL FITNESS GOALS SO I CAN EVALUATE HOW TO BEST DESIGN OUR WORK OUT SESSIONS.  I WILL CREATE A WORK OUT PLAN THAT WILL HELP EACH OF YOU TAKE STEPS IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TOWARD YOUR LONG TERM FITNESS GOALS.

            BOOT CAMP TRAINING

 

THESE TRAINING SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO BUILD STRENTH AND FITNESS THROUGH A VARIETY OF TYPES OF EXERCISES. WE WILL WORK WITH JUMP ROPES, LADDERS, CONES, AND USING YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT AS TOOLS DURING THESE SESSIONS.  A BOOT CAMP WORK OUT IS A TYPED OF GROUP INTERVAL TRAINING - BURSTS OF INTENSE ACTIVITY ALTERNATED WITH INTERVALS OF LIGHTER ACTIVITY IN GROUPS.  WE WILL HAVE FUN WHILE WORKING TO REACH OUR FITNESS GOALS TOGETHER!
