This is a group physical training program that is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise.
Our boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and stretching. The coach changes the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same.
Everyone will be given some energy tea to give the mind and body a jump start as we begin the camp. Afterwards, everyone will also be given a post workout drink to replenish those drained muscles.
