ONE ON ONE & PAIRS/SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS WILL BE USED TO HELP TRAIN YOU IN THE AREAS OF YOUR FITNESS THAT NEED ATTENTION.  WE WILL DISCUSS WHAT YOUR PERSONAL FITNESS GOALS ARE SO I CAN EVALUATE HOW OUR SESSION TIME SHOULD BE BEST SPENT. I WILL CREATE A WORKOUT PLAN THAT WILL HELP YOU ON YOUR WAY TO ACHIEVING THOSE GOALS WE SET TOGETHER.  I WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS THAT I AM NEEDING YOU TO DO AND WHY I AM NEEDING YOU TO DO IT.
